panic

I had a massive panic attack yesterday... it is so long since i put in an appearance down this way that i forgot my password.... and my username...

I sat down at the pc this morning and just typed ... the words i needed came to me... panic was nowhere to be seen phew
 
pulse was racing
blood flowed fast
hearts intensity
flooding past
remember
remember
breathe with me
lungs need air
 oxygen to feed
